Saturday, November 5, 2011 - A weekend with friends in Germany Mosel area: Part 3: Good berries and chocolate in the bouquet. On the palate ripe Cabernet. A firm amount of sweerness and beautiful acidity. Round tannin and very juicy ripe fruits. Already a feast, but a few years of additional cellaring will make the wine even more complex and lovely. 93 – 95+
