Very mature, but still clean bouquet. Yellow fruits, caramel and cinnamon. Impressive experience.

Dark yellow and hardly any bouquet. On the palate caramel, some soft acidity and hardly any sweetness left. The wine was mature and still fresh.

Complex and not extremely expressive bouquet. Some oxidized impressions, old honey, bees wax and cinnamon. On the palate the sweetness has disappeared almost completely. There is some bitterness. Very special to taste this old wine which was still alive.

Beautiful and impressive bouquet with honey, apricots and polishing wax. On the palate enormously concentrated and still very much alive. Beautiful balance between acidity, sweetness and bitterness. The most complex and luxurious raisins I ever tasted and at this age still completely fresh. A feast!

Very rich bouquet with yeast and good citrus. On the palate full bodied and rich with yeast, apple, lemon and grapefruit. Nutty flavors as well. Tasty, concentrated , refined and with a long finish. Great wine.

Beautiful bouquet with red berry fruits and autumn forest floor. On the palate a juicy wine with good fresh acidity, earth and autumn impressions. Complex and a long finish and in a beautiful drinking stage now. Can probably last for more years, but I don’t mention a year in this case.

Dark blood red. Bouquet with good cassis. On the palate the same; a firm wine with dark forest fruits, firm acidity and tannin. Still a bit too young. Definitely a long finish. Needs more time to show its full complexity and finesse. Around 2018?

Good berries and chocolate in the bouquet. On the palate ripe Cabernet. A firm amount of sweerness and beautiful acidity. Round tannin and very juicy ripe fruits. Already a feast, but a few years of additional cellaring will make the wine even more complex and lovely. 93 – 95+

Extremely beautiful bouquet with rustic and earthy flavors, red and black berry fruits. On the palate beautiful juice with black berry juice, some earth and caramel. Good acidity and slightly drying tannin. The wine is lovely and complex, but still several years too young. Wait at least until the end of the decade.

Very expressive bouquet and a mouth full of good Grenache. Powerful juice. Still very youthful. Raspberries and cassis. Modern. Youthful but delicious. Firm alcohol. The garrigue and elegance is hidden in this stage, but there is a good freshness. Promising wine. Wise to wait until around 2020.

Beautiful and luxurious bouquet with beautiful and luxurious oak and cedar as well as dark forest fruits and sweet spices. Same on the palate. Good acidity and tannin. No more notes, but this is a beautiful and luxurious win which will benefit with 5 – 8+ years of ageing. 93++ for today.
