Thursday, March 23, 2017 - I underestimated this. This is very serious and well made juice. I don't know the cepage here but tonight it is a dead ringer for a 10 year old classed growth St Julien. Nose is effusive and there is a silkiness here that is undeniable. My only complaint is that there is nothing that speaks of Umbria (or Italy), but this is drinking beautiful at the moment and would be stellar with any cut of roasted beef.
