Thursday, May 4, 2017 - Old World Wines at Spoon & Stable (Spoon & Stable, Mpls, MN): Light gold color. PNP, drank 1 + glass over an hour. A mix of fresh youthfulness and age creates an incredibly focused wine. The minerality is sublime, flint, fusil, wet stones, smoke, citrus and subtle clementine on a complex and powerful nose. The palate is focused and expansive with such elegance and finesse seldom seen in typical SB, seamless Of course, this is anything but typical. A masterful wine of immense beauty. Such a treat, a pristine bottle.
