Saturday, March 1, 2008 - Very nice winter afternoon sipper. Pale yellow in color, nose of minerals, citrus, apple and honey. Palate with citrus,honey, apple and butterscotch. Nice minerality and good acid balance; not biting. Very nice drinking bottle. Yum!
