Tuesday, June 6, 2017 - 50/50 Pinot Meunier & Chardonnay. This wine showed youthful gusto and energy along with excellent concentration worthy of the Special Club status. Terrific minerality and citrus along with bread dough notes. I enjoyed this a lot and look forward to opening another in a couple months or so.
