Tuesday, September 12, 2017 - Frederic Wildman Luxury French Tasting (Swift & Sons, Chicago IL): Tasting, brief note. Spice and floral start shows more new oak than anything else, even with the clearly ripe fruit. Clay soil here, 100% new oak elevage. Doesn't have the mineral and textural elements of the rest of the lineup.
