Monday, September 25, 2017 - Developed yellow color. Or just late harvest? Delicious ripe aromas of citrus and peaches. Not very complex, but delicious and savoury on the palate. Semi sweet and perfectly balanced between acidity and residual sugar. Good with crab meat and salty shrimps.
