Saturday, October 14, 2017 - Pale, lustrous, translucent ruby color. Sharply acidic nose of smoke. I wonder if it needs to open: on first drinking, it's a little self effacing and retiring. Notes of butter and cherry and dark berries. Probably needs some time to grow.
