Sunday, November 5, 2017 - Not indicated on the label because of shorter then compulsory time of bottle aging for vintage champagne, this is in fact a single vintage rosé from 2014. Disgorged April 2017. Age of vines is 40 to 60 years. Dosage 3gr. The wine seems to be still too young, not evolved fully. Very clean and impeccably balanced, elegant. Expressive notes of frozen red and white fruits, full mouthfeel, broad, very fresh, light yet rich. Sensual and very attractive. A potential masterpiece when gaining some age.
