Saturday, November 11, 2017 - Consumed over 2 days (vacuvined), note from day 2. Nose: Medium expressiveness, bacon fat, black olives, black raspberry, blueberry, and hints of black pepper. Palate: Medium-full bodied, spicy dark red fruit attack, good persistence through the mid-palate, excellent overall balance, spicy dark fruit, black pepper, and dark earth dominate the back-end and persist through a 30-45 second finish. Seems just a little tight at the moment, needs a little time to come into it's own
