  Nose of cool blue & black berries, black plum, black peppercorn, singed herbs, and a rocky graphite tone. Very giving.
  Body has a creaminess to it but still feels light-maybe that's the whole cluster? Shows those dark fruits & spices, adding a vanilla note midway through. Brambly.
  Nice herbal streak. Gives a little heat but mostly med+ acid & tannin are there. Really enjoyed this

  PnP, consumed over 4 hours. Appearance: Clear, dark ruby with just the slightest edge bricking. Nose: Clean, medium+ intensity, blackberry, black cherry, black olive, leather, dark earth, and black pepper. Palate: Dry, medium acid and tannin, 14.4% abv - would have guessed 14.7% - 15.0%, medium intensity, medium+ body with flavors of black olive, ripe blackberry, black pepper, leather, and tobacco with a medium+ finish. Overall a very good wine excelling in complexity and length, seems to be at peak or just past (bottle was purchased upon release and stored in my passive basement cellar) - drink now or over next 2 years.

  Consumed over 2 days (vacuvined), note from day 2. Nose: Medium expressiveness, bacon fat, black olives, black raspberry, blueberry, and hints of black pepper. Palate: Medium-full bodied, spicy dark red fruit attack, good persistence through the mid-palate, excellent overall balance, spicy dark fruit, black pepper, and dark earth dominate the back-end and persist through a 30-45 second finish. Seems just a little tight at the moment, needs a little time to come into it's own
