Thursday, December 21, 2017 - lovely bottle. red fruits supported by acid and nice dry extract reminiscent of burgundy. with some air, spice and floral notes became more apparent. had nice tension to balance out the fruit. still has plenty of life ahead but drinking nicely at the moment.
