Saturday, December 30, 2017 - Light yellow. Sea breeze and lime aromas. Light weight for Raveneau (read as medium bodied) but layered. Pure green citrus and orange peel, incredibly fresh, mineral driven finish. I was expecting/fearing a rounder styled 2009-uh uh. Absolutely pristine Chablis with another decade of improvement ahead of it. One of the best ‘09 Chablis I’ve had.
