Saturday, November 25, 2017 - I opened this at our belated Thanksgiving dinner on 11/25/17. It had a big, rich, powerful bouquet of black cherry, raspberry, cola, pepper, herb and spice aromas. The palate was rich, ripe, powerful and dry with flavors that followed the nose.
