Saturday, February 17, 2018 - Tampa Spring Break III; 2/16/2018-2/18/2018 (Tampa FL): A very interesting rose, the age combined with the rarer choice of cab suav as the grape - make for a much heavier style than you normally think of when you think rose. The color on this was almost electric pink - really pretty in the glass. On the palate this tasted more vinous, with quite a lot of base notes, and some light grippy tannin on the finish. Raspberry fruit, some pink watermelon and strawberry, with a persistent finish. Very intriguing.
