Sunday, February 18, 2018 - Monthly Tasting Group: Barolo & Barbaresco (Nolo's Kitchen, Mpls): Light gold color. Drank 1 glass over 30 minutes. I'm still liking this, maybe not as much as some previous bottles. This one had more toast, citrus, spice, more structure, some volume on the palate, lime, plenty of acid for this to age further.
