Sunday, February 25, 2018 - Big cherry cola flavor up front. Dark ruby color. Enough acidity to keep it from being jammy, but not a whole lot else.
5/20/2019 Maroon color, on its way to brickish. Acidity seemed more pronounced now. Past its prime.
