Sunday, May 13, 2018 - Delecious wine and will get better with age. Medium intensity nose of pear lemon and white peach, developing hints of petrol. Superb acidity to balance the light to medium sweetness. Had it with spicy sushi rolls and another time with Cajun grilled fish.
