Thursday, June 21, 2018 - This is drinking well enough now but it's not exactly soft. There's a black fruit palate but it is backed by plenty of tannin.
Editing this note because the wine is softer and richer after 24hrs under vacuvin. The fruit is showing more Sweetly ' now, getting almost porty and I'm also getting a bit of pepper from the Shiraz. I find it hard to forecast how this will evolve but there's still plenty of everything there.
