Sunday, July 8, 2018 - Medium/dark gold colour. Nose of lemon/lime, apple, and hints of vanilla.
Loads of intensity here! Flavours of golden delicious apple mingle with hints of pineapple. This wine has full body and the presence of oak gives some richness and a slight caramel note. Citrus flavours join bright acidity on the back end and give this wine terrific balance. Already complex, it will now doubt develop more nuances over the next 5 - 7 years.
