  Lemon-themed meal with grilled salmon, spaghetti a la limone and asparagus with feta and lemon zest. This chardonnay went perfectly with just the right combination of weight and acidity. Delicious!

  Medium gold in colour with aromas of earthy minerality, apples & nuts.
  On the palate, medium bodied citrus/lemon, green apple, nutty, somewhat buttery & creamy, a saline backbone & medium to high acidity.
  The finish is long to spice & a chalky minerality. There is very good flavour & texture complexity.
