Sunday, July 22, 2018 - 100% new French oak for 11 months. Lime butter, custard apple, sweet citrus and biscuit notes. Powerful and with length – white stone fruits, lime butter and white flowers. Really enjoyed this wine, but personally preferred the Flametree SRS Chardonnay – which was about ½ the price.
