Sunday, August 5, 2018 - From a 500 ml can. Pale light straw in color. Full, forward & fragrant nose of ripe fruit aromas of grapefruit, lemons/limes & apples with overtones of floral notes of honeysuckle, minerals, wet stones & lemongrass. Light bodied with a very good concentration of well balanced & smooth textured, zesty, ripe fruit flavors of lemons & limes, white grapefruit & tart green apples, with lemongrass, stony & minerals. Lingering crisp finish. Drinks quite well at present but may benefit from an additional year of further aging even though it is in a 500 ml can. An excellent Summer picnic wine & beach in this format.
