Wednesday, July 18, 2018 - JJ Prum - 2016 range tasting (ChinChin Sydney): Laundry power, white florals, lime, flint, apple and blood orange with some earthy notes too. The palate brings a touch of magic to the wine, brimming with energy and an extra level of intensity and depth. Very very long, with superb flow and verve, one of the highlights of the day.
