Saturday, October 13, 2018 - Great nose of kirsch, cedar and strawberries. This oak and tannins are fully integrated at this point. An hour of decant is bringing out the full potential of the wine and this wine's quality is indistinguishable from the quality of Monte Bello. Considering the tannins are fully resolved now, I recommend drinking any remaining bottles in the year or so. There is no reason to wait!
