Saturday, December 8, 2018 - Shuck Yeah! Oysters and Chablis (Prince Sydney, 40 Hansard Street): Quite rich, buttery, creamy, ripe stone fruit over lemon, sweet spice, oak is very contained. Juicy, almost to the point of zestiness, butter, stone fruit, chamois burr on the mid palate. Fruit travels very long. Nice.
