Wednesday, January 2, 2019 - I always struggle with young Dom. To me this was very similar to a number of the other champagnes we had on the table at a 2-3x mark-up. A bit bland. Totally fine. Good bubbles, but not as much interesting on the flavor profile. I suspect though with some time we'd see that change. Could also just be a bit tight (although the Tatt had a feeling of more concentration below the surface than this did).
