Sunday, January 6, 2019 - The balance of acidity and sweetness is awesome! Citrus fruits (more so grapefruit than orange bit a hint of the later also) and minerality with structure come through. Great viscosity and a finish that goes on! Agree with it still being primordial. Unsure where or when this wine is going...
