Tuesday, January 15, 2019 - Monthly Tuesday group "The Dead Sparrow" #035: Champagne plus a few extra's (By MN): Beautiful bouquet with white fruits, yeast, hay, caramel and lactic impressions. On the palate citrus, white fruits, good acidity and length. Not bone dry, but really pleasurable.
