Sunday, March 31, 2019 - 12.5% - Slightly hazy, med to light ruby / dry, med+ intensity - cranberry, wild raspberry, wet pebble stone, flower bouquet, explosive crunchy fruit in a flower field / dry, med+ acidity, med to low silky tannin, med body, med+ intensity, long long finish. Fantastic on its own, even better with duck magret in cherry reduction.
I could sniff this all day... It's alive, fresh with a nice depth that doesn't come to mind with all natural producers. 92(+)
