Sunday, May 19, 2019 - Dining and tasting at our friends Loek and Saskia: A golden colour, nutty, a hint of speculaas, some glycerine, pure and refreshing bitters. At day 2 the wine had more to offer in the midtaste.
The wine is ripe and the acidity is still sound and lively; the finish is balanced.
