Dining and tasting at our friends Loek and Saskia: A golden colour, nutty, a hint of speculaas, some glycerine, pure and refreshing bitters. At day 2 the wine had more to offer in the midtaste. The wine is ripe and the acidity is still sound and lively; the finish is balanced.

Popped and poured. Fairly dried out cork. Kind of underwhelming, a little like lemon water, a little too close to Pinot Grigio for my tastes. As it warms up, it improves a little. Decent acid, medium body. Not oxidized, but a little but of acetic acid. This might improve with some time, but I'm not holding my breath. Disappointing for $30.
