Saturday, April 27, 2019 - Blind Tasting - 5-10 years aged Pinot Nor (St Johns, Auckland): M+ ruby, garnet hue, not very clear. Savoury notes dominating, earth, mushroom, meat, some spices. Not clean and precise, smooth tannins, solid acidity, medium length.

I put this burgundy in blind tasting as a benchmark, however, it’s in a bit listless status.
