Sunday, July 14, 2019 - Pale gold, glistening, with a hint of green. Bouquet prominent with sweet citrus, nectarine, a hint of just-ripe pineapple (courtesy of the lovely tart sweetness), slight hints of butterscotch and vanilla. Palate is fresh with a good balance of richness and elegance, flavours consistent with bouquet and adding a touch of slatey minerality. Long finish. Not especially complex but very good drinking in 2019, would be interested to see this in years to come.
