Tuesday, September 24, 2019 - Three hour decant. Deep dark magenta color, with a hint of pink rim fade. Milk chocolate covered cherries, caramel, oatmeal and red apple on the voluptuous nose. Dry, supple, mouth filling palate, with good acidity. Full tannins on the almost medium long finish. This is a wonderful wine, but lacks a bit of structure and balance, which would add three more points.
