Friday, August 30, 2019 - Popped and poured. Still quite fruity with black cherry and blackcurrant but with cedar and leather and a little caramel. the palate is a reflection of the nose but with with a touch of sous bois. The tannins are chamois soft (surprisingly enough for a 95) and fan out on the palate in a very enticing peacocks tail kind of way. Lovely.
