Sunday, December 15, 2019 - Killer bottle. So rich and biscuity, with pears, apples, honeycomb, candle wax, ginger snaps, buttered toast and almond cake. Yet that nervy acidity and focused mineral component gives this wine so much verve. Loving this, long life ahead.
