Tuesday, December 24, 2019 - Coravin fun - Domaine de Chevalier rouge (My place, Kent Street): From Coravin. Medium minus intensity aromas; the wine shows a little closed in initially but with agitation it shows cedar, jubey red and black berry and currant, plum, sweet spice. Overall this smells quite young. In the mouth it' juicy with liquorice, alcohol warmth, tight tannins, jubey red and black fruit. The tannins are a little drying but persists with the fruit. Hmm. Time
