Friday, December 27, 2019 - Light medium gold color. Drank 2 glasses over 2 hours. Very aromatic nose, peach and lychee bursting out, with beautiful sea air and minerality. The palate is full bodied with excellent lift to the peach, lychee, crushed stones, spices and white pepper. On day two the fruit tones down and the mineral drive is more dominant with the sea breezes particularly bright and strong. More citrus and lemon with only a hint of tropical fruits. Outstanding.
