Sunday, April 5, 2020 - Pop and pour, consumed over 3 hours. Nose: Medium-plus intensity, leather, tobacco, rust, and forest floor with red, blue, and black fruit undertones - classic aged Bordeaux. Palate: Medium-full bodied, spicy dark fruit, earth and spice attack, solid acidic back-bone fills the mid-palate, leather and rusty earth dominate the back-end and persist through a 45-60 second finish. Wonderful aged Bordeaux, peaking now with 5+ years left - exceptional.
