Saturday, April 11, 2020 - Bronze yellow. A bit restrained in the beginning. With more air and temperature it built on weight and and concentration and became extremely mineral, with smoke and flint, in addition to citrus and some oak. Quite a lot riper fruit now than two yers ago.
