Sunday, March 1, 2020 - Krotida Wine Gang Tasting, Domaine Huet horizontal 2017 (Oinoscent): 50% demi muids 50% en cuves, soil: stony, green clay, flint stones, age of vines 25yo, alc 13.5%, acidity: 4.6g/lt, RS 18g/lt, pH:3.20, production 8.000 btl
The wine is subtle and structured in the nose with ripe green apple, pear, citrus, refreshing, minty with fresh pineapple.
The wine is beautiful in the palate, mineral, ripe citrus, pear, apple, pineapple, nice oak frame, minty, high acidity and a long finish.
Outstanding quality.
