Friday, June 9, 2017 - Red apple skin, ginger spice, very dry with great acid. Not as heavy as previous years, I find this vintage much more balanced and successful for Maillons.
On day 2 even more integrated and balanced, if a touch less generous.
Overall, a super vintage for Maillons that needs a few years to unwind.
