Monday, July 13, 2020 - Nothing really to like about this Champagne. No depth or real structure, and a high acidity, bitter back end. Why not buy Bollinger Special Cuvee or Pol Roger "White Foil" and others for less than half the price. Unimpressed and I have the rest of the case to drink. Too bad.
