Monday, August 31, 2020 - I have cellered for about 8 years. Lovely strawberry color. Fine bead -almost a froth on pour indicating lovely vitality and energy. Restrained elegance on the palate.... feels quite ‘bespoke’ when compared to other champagnes. Very enjoyable. Probably at its peak but will not fade in a hurry if it’s been well cellared.
