Monday, August 31, 2020 - In a weird spot for me. No longer tastes like a youthful, electric Chablis (though I didn't try this young, so can't say what it tasted like then!) but hasn't gotten very interesting with age yet. Will wait another 5 years on the next bottle.

I found the same thing in my last bottle. So I opened one of the 2015 I have and it also has started to fade. This leaves me feeling that this wine is best enjoyed young. I have one more of the 2014's I will most likely open it sooner rather than later.
I also hold the 2014 Pattes Loup Vent d'Agne great value at $43.CDN as the 1er Cru has gone from $52.Canadian to $103/blt in the past 2yrs.
