Friday, October 16, 2020 - Decanted for an hour. Cooling blue and red fruits, ripe Italian plums and raspberries. Cedar and oak woods. Subtle backend blueberry and cassis flavors. Intense tannins, seems like this wine could age for 10+ years and still taste freshly bottled. I like this style: smooth, complex, no trace of heat. Will benefit from 1-2 hours of decanting right now.
