Saturday, October 24, 2020 - Dinner at Teochew Paradise. Mid ruby, deep colour for an 11-year old NSG. Complex, expressive aromas. Soft and silky. Dense ripe dark fruits. Some notes of mushrooms, truffles. Quite robust and yet is graceful and elegant.
