1995 Château Lagrange (St. Julien)

Community Tasting Note

Likes this wine:

Saturday, February 6, 2021 - Attractive nose with cedar scents, the palate is rich and nicely complex with dark cassis, St Julien type strong cedar flauvors with black olives lurking at the back, minerality, simultaneously sweet and sauvory characteristics, medium minus acidity but fresh, tannins are fully resolved and in the right place, very enjoyable now, could be at the peak of its powers. Definitely not a difficult 1995.
